How to check whether an integer lies inside a range
Swift version: 5.10
All Swift’s ranges come with a built-in contains() method that lets us check whether one value lies inside or outside the range. For example, given this range:
let passRange = 85...100And this integer:
let score = 88We can check whether score lies inside passRange using contains(), like this:
if passRange.contains(score) {
print("You passed the test!")
} else {
print("Better luck next time.")
}
