SOLVED: First time trying to test on Apple Watch

And I can't figure our how to get the Simulator working. I created a new sim and selected the Apple watch. The sim launches but I don't see the sim on the list in xcode. I only see iPhones. Any advice?

Have you created an Apple Watch target in your project?

Although, it's the official Apple documentation. Since Xcode 14 there is no Watch Kit Extension anymore.
