SOLVED: What to Test File for Xcode Cloud

Forums > iOS

I am working on automating my workflow for building my latest app, and distributing it to testflight. I noticed in the log of my build, that it called out the ability to include a "What to Test" file. I assume that is then used to provide testers with more details on the latest build.

Does anyone have a good article they can recommend on how to create a more robust Xcode Cloud workflow including this file, and any other cool features?

Thanks in advance.

I did find this in the docs - https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/including-notes-for-testers-with-a-beta-release-of-your-app which is a good start.

Workflow still failed due to encryption compliance but hope to find that in the documentation too.

You can set the Boolean for the encryption export question in your project's info.plist. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/bundleresources/information_property_list/itsappusesnonexemptencryption
