Hacking with macOS (SwiftUI) TextParser - ArgumentParser different Team Ids

After adding the swift-argument-parser (1.2.3) when starting the commandline I get the following error:

ArgumentParser.framework/Versions/A/ArgumentParser' not valid for use in process: mapping process and mapped file (non-platform) have different Team IDs)

Any suggestions on how to fix this please?
