Copying a project in xcode 14

Forums > 100 Days of Swift

In Day 22 Paul says

First, take a copy of your existing Project1 folder (the whole thing), and rename it to be Project3.

How is this done? I've looked all over for how to do this but all the things I found were from 2015 or earlier and they don't apply.

Does anyone know how to duplicate a project?

Thanks, Rob
